As it does each year, NRMCA asks your company to complete the annual Mixer Driver Recruitment & Retention Survey. With the largest participation rate of all NRMCA surveys, results represent approximately 30% of the driver pool. To keep such robust statistical reporting we need your input. If you are not an NRMCA Producer member, please forward the survey link to your clients. Please note the following:
• Responses are confidential and anonymous;
• The survey is open until Thursday, June 30;
• If your company works in multiple regions, please fill out one survey per region. Hiring is local; we want to give you geographic-centric results; and
• The report will be released this fall.
