Print this Article | Send to Colleague

The Delaware Department of Transportation continues to see the value in using pervious concrete, reports NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving, Ken Justice. Work crews recently finished paving the parking lot of the new DOT district office in Newark (seen here). The concrete was supplied by Heritage Concrete and was placed by NRMCA-certified ADEL Construction of Newark. The project was completed in three days. Justice said department officials are pleased with this project and are planning to add pervious concrete at the next DOT district site, currently under design.
