On the heels of the success of its Concrete Pavement Education Webinar Series, the Pave Ahead™ Team is pleased to announce it will host the Concrete Paving Promotion Series, a weekly series of webinars focused on helping the industry become better promoters. The webinars will be held each Tuesday at 2 p.m. Eastern time and are free to attend.

“The Concrete Pavement Education Series has been well received by the design community,” said Senior Vice President, Local Paving, Phil Kresge. “With the increased interest in our product, we need to be prepared to speak ‘intelligently’ when approached by owners, specifiers and other decision makers.” Senior Vice President, Local Paving, Jon Hansen added, “All concrete industry personnel are responsible for promoting concrete as a durable and versatile paving material. Actively conducting sales, marketing and promotion has proven to increase bottom line profits for all product suppliers in the concrete supply chain.”

The first webinar, Understanding the Guide to Concrete Overlays of Asphalt Parking Lots, will review the publication and provide promoters with the tools needed to sell concrete overlays and increase market share. Published by the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center with funding provided by the RMC Research & Education Foundation, the Overlay Guide has already made an impact of over $25 million to the concrete construction industry.

Upcoming topics include Overview of the Guide to Concrete Trails (May 19) and Partnering with Contractors and Engineers for Pursuit of Paving Projects (May 26).
