NRMCA Records Annual Short Course Results

The NRMCA Concrete Technologist Training and Certification (Short Course) held earlier this month in Silver Spring, MD, attracted 40 attendees (shown here). The course was well-rated by them; the following were the number of certifications awarded:
• NRMCA Field Technician Grade II – 28 (32 passed the exam but some did not have the pre-requisite ACI Grade I certification)
• NRMCA Field Technician Grade II – 28 (32 passed the exam but some did not have the pre-requisite ACI Grade I certification)
• NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 2 – 28
• NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 3 – 17
Congratulations to all who attended and to those who received certifications. The following are recognized for achieving highest scores in the relevant exams:
• Harvie Blevins, Jr. with Argos Ready Mix LLC for NRMCA Field Grade II (99%)
• William Knauf, III with Preferred Materials for Concrete Technologist Level 2 (98%)
• John Kern with Martin Marietta for Concrete Technologist Level 3 (92%)
