NRMCA Spurs Reintroduction of Resilient Construction Tax Credit

Print this Article | Send to Colleague

Last week, Rep. Tom Reed (R-NY) agreed to reintroduce NRMCA’s resilient construction tax credit. This legislation provides a tax credit of up to $3,000 to individuals and $25,000 to companies who rebuild after a federal disaster using resilient construction techniques. This legislation was introduced for the past several sessions of Congress and garnered broad bipartisan support. NRMCA will lead a push for cosponsors once the legislation has been introduced, so stay tuned to ask your Member of Congress to support this important legislation.
