CONCRETEPAC is NRMCA’s bipartisan, multi-candidate federal political action committee. Its goal is to elect pro-business, pro-ready mixed concrete candidates to federal office. As business owners/operators, you know the importance of building a solid customer base that understands and appreciates your product more than your competitors’ product. The halls of Congress are no different and it is vital to our industry that we support candidates running for federal office who understand issues impacting the ready mixed concrete industry. CONCRETEPAC helps to build and maintain effective relationships with key Members of Congress and candidates for Congress. To continue to do this, however, we must be able to speak with you about how CONCRETEPAC can work for you.

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) requires CONCRETEPAC to obtain written approval from you before it can communicate its political activities. Granting prior approval simply gives NRMCA permission to communicate with you and your employees about CONCRETEPAC. In no way does signing a prior approval form require you to make a contribution – ever. You may grant NRMCA prior approval for up to five consecutive years, and you can designate individuals with whom CONCRETEPAC may communicate.
