On Monday, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit again rejected the arguments of the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) in its attempt to vacate the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) rule.
