This year, our keynote speakers include Ken Simonson, chief economist for Associated General Contractors of America. We’ll get his take on current economic conditions and look ahead for strategies to face the coming challenges. We’ll hear from Francesco Biasioli, renowned civil engineer and secretary general of the European Ready Mixed Concrete Association about the sustainability movement. Also, we will learn about Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and their future for our industry from Kirsten Ritchie, director of sustainable design for Gensler, a global architecture and design firm. Finally, we’ll also conduct our annual Members’ Meeting and honor at the annual Awards Breakfast those people who embody the NRMCA vision of enriching, empowering and inspiring every day.
