Making Concrete Greener is a Challenge Worth Tackling

Continuing the theme from the above item, a new report from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) notes that the challenge of making concrete greener, reducing its sizable carbon footprint without compromising performance, is a difficult task. But the NIST report says the potential engineering performance, energy-efficiency and environmental benefits make it a challenge worth tackling.
