Heard From the Hill

Earlier this week, the New England Pest Management Association submitted a letter to the Massachusetts Attorney General urging action on recent legislation passed in the Town of Arlington, MA prohibiting second generation rodenticides.  In the letter NEPMA encouraged the Attorney General to act swiftly to uphold Massachusetts’ Pesticide Act which prohibits local municipalities from regulating pesticides.

For a copy of the letter sent to the Massachusetts Attorney General, please contact publicpolicy@pestworld.org.
