News From National

The NPMA office will be closed Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25 as we celebrate the holidays with our friends and families. We will reopen on Monday, December 28. During this time, we wish everyone a happy and safe holiday!

Your association misses seeing you, and we know you miss seeing each other. 2020 has been a challenging year, but as we have proven time and time again, our industry will persevere. We are resilient, strong and adaptable. Our industry has survived and grown during this very difficult time. So let’s put one foot in front of the other and move forward.
NPMA Legislative Day will look different in 2021, but we need your voices. NPMA will set up two virtual Senate visits and one virtual House visit for each attendee, and, as always, we will provide focused messaging for all legislative issues. We simply cannot allow the COVID-19 closure of the Hill stop us from educating the new Congress about the essential nature of our industry.
More information on programming and registration will be available soon. In the meantime, mark your calendar for March 16-17 and make plans to join us. When we speak with one voice, we can get it done. Let’s show Congress what we’re made of – strength, spirit, commitment – in our role as protectors of public health, food and property.

With the challenging year 2020 has been, we know our community needs support more than ever. Graduate is proud to support two long-standing organizations that provide dearly needed services. Girls Inc. of the Valley serves girls from the ages of 5 to 18, offering programs after school and during the summer, at little or no cost to families. The Springfield Rescue Mission has a goal to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the hungry, homeless, addicted, and poor. Both of these organizations matter deeply to Glenn, Brenda, and the whole Graduate team.
