PWIPM of New England Awards the 2nd Annual Women of Excellence Award

On Tuesday March 2, 2021, the PWIPM of New England awarded the 2nd Annual Women of Excellence Award.  The winner was Courtney Carace, ACE of Pest-End Inc. in Plaistow, New Hampshire.  Courtney has worked for Pest-End since 2004 and has held various positions during this time.  She has held office administration, technical, management, and executive positions at the company.  She obtained her National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association certification in 2010 and was a bed bug canine handler for several years for the company.  She is also a licensed and certified pest control operation in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.  More recently, she earned her Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification. She was recognized as having the highest score of the day for the ACE Exam.  Courtney was accepted into the 2021 class of the Executive Leadership Program through the National Pest Management Assocation.  Courtney is a proud mother of her two children Jack and Jameson and wife to her husband and business partner Adam of 8 years.  Her office sales manager and nominator, Lizz Lemmon, had the following comments “Courtney offers a wealth of knowledge day to day along with helping the women in our office grow and feel at home in a pest control industry, that historically has been a male dominant industry. Her leadership and guidance have made me and the other women in our company thrive in a way that a future in pest control does not seem so scary.”  We applaud you Courtney for your hard work, leadership, and dedication to the pest control industry.
