The Aust Group is pleased to announce the most recent acquisition of their client, Lytle’s Termite & Pest Control to ServiceMaster’s subsidiary, Terminix International. Lytle’s Termite & Pest Control is located in Morehead, Kentucky. The Aust Group represented Lytle’s as the exclusive financial advisor on this transaction.
Founded in 1982 by Nick Lytle, the Company started as a local pest operation based out of Morehead, KY. In 2010, Nick exited the Company and passed along the business to his son, Norman. Lytle’s has built and maintained its business by offering quality and dependable service to customers, as well as excellent customer care.
