The California Department of Pesticide Regulation is considering new restrictions that will make it more difficult for the industry to provide structural fumigation.  The proposals being considered will discourage property owners from having apartments and homes fumigated, slow down real estate transactions, and add one to two additional days to the fumigation process in California.
