NPMA is an Approved SkillBridge Partner through the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness of the U.S. Department of Defense and has created an NPMA member hiring program benefit for you!

The NPMA SkillBridge Program connects you to an exceptional workforce preparing for civilian employment immediately following their military service. Through this program, you provide active military service members with pest control service technician training while the Department of Defense continues to pay service members their military salary and benefits. After a service member successfully completes the program, you can offer employment to this service member when they separate from the military.
