Xterminator Pro Now a Division of Aegis Insurance Agency, Inc.

K2 Insurance Services, LLC. has announced that Xterminator Pro is now a division of its subsidiary Aegis General Insurance Agency, Inc.  This acquisition from Skyward Specialty Insurance will allows access to Skyward’s insurance carriers, policies, forms and endorsements for three years, and for all current lines of business.  Xterminator Pro will continue to offer General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Excess, Island Marine, Crime and EPLI to protect all of business needs of pest management professionals and provide a single source of insurance coverages the brokers dedicated to serving them. The entire team of dedicated professionals in underwriting and underwriting support will also make the transition to Xterminator Pro, ensuring a seamless continuity of account services.  The Xterninator Pro team is bringing their comprehensive knowledge of the coverages and exposures of the pest profession and will maintain their well-established relationships with their insureds and the brokers serving them. 

Billy Craft moves from Skyward to Xterminator Pro as the President of the division, which will remain based in Orlando, Florida. Craft served as the Vice President of the Skyward X-Pro pest control division prior to the K2 acquisition, and was with the carrier since 2010.  Craft brings a lengthy tenure of agency and MGA marketing and management experience, the majority of which is in the pest control space.  He also has extensive experience in technology and communications sectors.

Allen Fugler will maintain his role as Director of Risk Management, working with insureds on regulatory compliance, employee training, file documentation and risk mitigation.  His 29-year career in pest management began in 1991 and includes stints in pest trade association management and with insurance programs dedicated to pest management professionals.  He is a credential pest professional who also holds an OSHA certification.
