NPMA’s Diversity Council hosted a virtual career panel with Tennessee State University (TSU), a Historically Black College and University located in Nashville. The event served as an opportunity for students to learn more about the pest management industry as well as the steps and experiences the panelists took to obtain positions within pest management. The program was the first event in a budding partnership with the Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences (MANRRS) organization.

Over 25 students joined the virtual conversation.  Panelists included Diversity Council Chair, Joel Nolasco - Nuborn Pest Control, Faye Golden – Cook’s Pest Control, Sheila Haddad -Bell Labs, and Marcus Johnson - Target Specialty Products.
