NPMA Represents Industry at EPA WOTUS Small Business Meeting

NPMA staff attended a small business meeting at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) earlier this week focused on the new Waters of the United States rule. The EPA in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) held an informational and listening session for Associations representing small businesses. NPMA staff is working on comments to the docket, which closes on April 15th.
