Thanks to the engagement from SPARs Ted Brayton, Mike Peaslee, NEPMA President Galvin Murphy, Jr., members Bill Siegel, Chris Pestana, and Chris Donaghy - our industry was well prepared to combat these bills that threaten our livelihoods. Working with NPMA, NEPMA submitted written testimony on HB 523 (IPM bill) and HB 646 (neonic & fipronil ban). Additionally, Galvin Murphy, Jr. and Chris Pestana knocked it out of the park with their oral testimony before the NH House Environment and Agriculture Committee on the bills. We expect both bills to die, as a result of our advocacy. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, our NH members can continue to protect public health and property without a hindrance. NH members also sent 82 messages to the NH Legislature as part of a grassroots campaign.
