Ashley Amidon - VP of Public Policy Briefs Senate on WOTUS

NPMA's VP of Public Policy, Ashley Amidon, addressed key Senate Republican staffers last week in a briefing on WOTUS organized by the Waters Advocacy Coalition. The briefing will bring staff up to date with the status of the Waters of The United States rule and the pending litigation; currently going into effect in 23 states, multiple lawsuits are chipping away at the number, bringing us closer to a nationwide stay.
