NPMA Launches Special Membership Task Force
NPMA President Chuck Tindol appointed a special membership task force to review and make recommendations to the association’s board regarding NPMA’s membership structure. "Every so often you have to take a look under the hood and see what needs fixing," said Tindol. "Our intention is to conduct a comprehensive review that ensures that we have a transparent, fair, and sustainable membership structure."
During the association’s P3 strategic planning meeting in May, industry leaders identified this as a high priority. The first task force meeting was held earlier this month at PestWorld, NPMA’s annual convention. The goal is to have recommendations to the association’s board by next fall. This will be an in-depth process and one that will be done with much deliberation and membership engagement over the next few years.
