The 8th annual AGC IT Conference will be a joint venture featuring two MS programs from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. AGC’s IT Steering Committee is very excited to include Northwestern in this year’s conference on August 3-5 in downtown Chicago at the Radisson Blu hotel. The event kicks off Wednesday night, Aug. 3, with a welcome reception.

I became enamored with and then addicted to Google Maps a couple years ago. With Google Maps I type in my destination and the service, delivered in the form of an app, provides the most efficient route by car, foot, bike, or mass transit. Efficiency is the shortest time needed to get from point A to point B.
