A. If you are referring to tracking things like insurance and certs of insurance required of subcontractors, we are in the middle of implementing a solution called Greenlight, a division of EWA software from Calif. I did a fair amount of research on services vs software, and this looks promising.  It is far more robust than what we can do in accounting software and has a hook to Viewpoint (and other software products I believe)  as well.

Our people are looking at CertifiTrac, but I suggested that we find out from other contractors what they are using....
