PDF Programs

Q: Has anyone deployed a PDF program on each desktop that's free, has a PDF printer, and works with all of your programs?
Jim Gaba

A: The program is Preview and it runs on Mac.

A: I like cutepdf. We also use Bluebeam.

CutePDF for a PDF printer application works well from my experience as well as PDF-Xchange viewer free version. It has some limitations obviously because it is free. But they are good applications and together really provide a good solution.

Nitro Reader is also my preferred. I have the pro version which came with my pc, but have used the free reader version before. It also allows you to create and edit (by typing on existing pdf).

PDF-Xchange editor is also free (replaces PDF-xchange viewer), and it has some editing capabilities built in. (There is a "pro" version that costs money, however, but the free one is fine.) It is also pretty good, but I like the interface on Nitro Reader better (it's less confusing) and the editing features are easier to use.
