Survey of VPN Solutions

Q. Hello All,
We are in the process of replacing our primary router. This unit also runs our VPN service. My Cisco tech has suggested we move the VPN service out of the primary router to its own appliance (Cisco ASA5505 unit). So this has me wondering what solutions everyone is using for VPN connectivity, (hardware/provider) and whether you're using a software/client or a web-based interface like Cisco "Any Connect." I like the features of "Any Connect" but I hear it's not as fast as the software/client.
Thanks,

A. We use SonicWall SSL for all our remote VPN into our office (including jobsites) and SonicWall VPN between devices in our offices.

A. We use a Cisco ASA 5515 server and AnyConnect essential clients supporting SSL VPN connections for our mobile users. We're migrating to ASA 5505s for jobsite IPsec connections. We still have in place an older Netgear IPsec concentrator. We chose the 5515 because it was the smallest box that supported HA clustering. We don't have that in place ... yet.
