Over the last decade, health care costs have more than doubled, and many employers are struggling to shoulder the responsibility and cost of continuing to offer benefits. An employee benefits transformation is underway. Private exchanges with a defined contribution strategy, such as The AGC Alternative, have emerged as a solution for employers to offer and pay for benefits while controlling costs. During this session, you’ll gain a better understanding of what a private exchange is, how it works, and how The AGC Alternative can help you cut costs and offer employees increased choice and flexibility.
