Jordan Foster Bolsters Top Management

Thanks to successful growth over the past three years, the Commercial Group of Jordan Foster Construction, an AGC of El Paso member, is expanding its leadership in all of the state’s major markets. Now heading up the Jordan Foster Commercial Group is Leland Rocchio, Ph.D., who will serve as president.  Mr. Rocchio has been serving as executive vice president of the Commercial Group in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

Moving up to the role of chief operating officer of the Commercial Group is Paul Bauer.  Mr. Bauer is celebrating his 25th year with Jordan Foster, and has been serving as executive vice president of West Texas/New Mexico.

Stepping up to head the West Texas/New Mexico Commercial Division as operations manager is Ash Kamath, who was also just named vice president.  Mr. Kamath has been serving as senior project manager within that division.

Newly appointed Vice President Cliff Pawelek now takes on the role of operations manager of the Austin & San Antonio Commercial Divisions.  Mr. Pawelek has been serving as project executive in Austin, Midland, and San Antonio.

Bill Rees, operations manager of the Commercial Division in Central/South Texas, now takes on the role of vice president of productivity improvement for Jordan Foster Construction.  Mr. Rees will be responsible for championing the "Job Done Right" training program, and additional training initiatives throughout the company’s Commercial, Multifamily, and Infrastructure operating groups.

Business Development Director Shane Hesters, working within the Austin and DFW markets, was promoted to vice president of business development for the entire Commercial Group.

Jim Behrens, who has been serving as preconstruction manager, steps into the role of vice president of commercial preconstruction.

And lastly, joining Jordan Foster Construction to serve as vice president of the Commercial Division in Dallas/Fort Worth is Mark LaVoy.  Mr. LaVoy is a well-experienced construction executive who has overseen the building of major Dallas landmarks, such as the American Airlines Center, the William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, and Gerald Ford Stadium at SMU.
