New Hires at Commodore Builders

Commodore Builders, a Newton-based commercial construction management firm and an AGC of Massachusetts member, announced recently that it has hired Oscar Medua as senior estimator and Rob Blanchard as senior project manager.


In his role as senior estimator, Medua will focus on projects in Commodore’s Life Sciences division. Prior to joining Commodore, Medua served in similar senior-level positions where he gained valuable experience leading a wide spectrum of projects.

Currently, Medua lives in Randolph, Massachusetts, with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and is an avid hockey fan. He attended Northeastern University and the Wentworth Institute of Technology. 



As senior project manager, Blanchard brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in commercial and hospitality construction for an impressive roster of clients. Most recently, he served as a senior project manager, where he oversaw the completion of five restaurants at LaGuardia Airport, Terminal C. 

Currently, Blanchard resides in Attleboro, Massachusetts, with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys fly fishing in his free time. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
