Commodore Builders, a Newton-based commercial construction management firm and an AGC of Massachusetts member, announced recently that it has been recognized as a 2015 "Best Place to Work" by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ).

Commodore was honored in the "medium" category, which highlighted companies with a workforce ranging from 100 – 249 employees.

The 2015 "Best Places to Work" awards were presented on June 18, 2015, at a breakfast held at the Citi Performing Arts Center in Boston, Massachusetts. The 13th annual event recognized employers in five different categories – extra small, small, medium, large, and extra-large – which were selected based on survey responses provided by the respective employees.

Commodore was honored as a 2015 "Best Place to Work" due in part to its emphasis on creating a high level of overall workforce satisfaction and loyalty. The construction management firm recognizes the importance of company culture, giving it a competitive edge while delivering exceptional results for its clients.
