BOND Adds Paul James As Vice President, Risk Management

BOND, an AGC of Connecticut and AGC of Massachussetts member, recently announced the addition of Paul M. James, Esq. as vice president – risk management. In this newly established role, James will be responsible for working with the BOND executive team on corporate governance and compliance issues, risk management and insurance programs, construction operations issues and related professional training.

Having worked with BOND for a number of years while a partner at Holland & Knight, LLP, Paul brings a deep knowledge of the BOND organization and extensive professional and legal advice. While at Holland & Knight, LLP, he served as the leader of the Boston Construction Industry Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the representation of construction managers, general contractors and design-builders.

Robert Murray, president of BOND, states, "Paul’s experience in the structuring and negotiation of contracts, project administration and procurement systems, and general construction industry business advice will be an invaluable resource for BOND as we continue to expand our business."

Paul holds a J.D. from Boston University’s School of Law and a B.A. from Providence College.
