Michael Baker International Hires Jennifer Lewis to Lead Southeast Region

Michael Baker International, a global leader in engineering, planning and consulting services and a member of multiple AGC chapters, announced recently that Jennifer Lewis, P.E., has joined the firm as the director of the company’s Southeast Region. Michael Baker’s Southeast Region consists of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Ms. Lewis, a 22-year veteran of the engineering industry in central Florida, will be based in Orlando and will lead an expansive business development strategy in a region identified by Michael Baker as offering significant new growth opportunities. Working with close to 200 Michael Baker colleagues already located in the region, she will oversee: client satisfaction; marketing; resource allocation and acquisition; talent management and development; and the overall efficiency and profitability of the company’s activities in the region.

As director of the Southeast Region, Ms. Lewis will report to Michael Baker’s chief operating officer, Brian Lutes.

Ms. Lewis is a registered professional engineer and certified project manager, as well as certified in work zone traffic control. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida.
