The Phoenix office of Skanska, a member of multiple AGC chapters, has completed work for Seven Canyons Golf Clubhouse located at 755 Golf Club Way in Sedona, Arizona. This is Skanska’s first hospitality project in Arizona.

The $7.4-million project for the Enchantment Group included the golf pro-shop, community center, community recreation center, restaurant and bar, community sales office and community administration building.

"Skanska has kept Seven Canyons residents well-informed on the construction process throughout the project," said Vice President Marcos Casillas of Enchantment Group, LLC. "Helping to manage residents’ expectations helps us tremendously."

"The completed project has added several new amenities for Seven Canyons residents," said Skanska’s Phoenix Building Construction Division Manager Ross Vroman. "We appreciate everyone on our team for helping to deliver these additional assets to an already-impressive community."

In July 2013, Skanska, which is active in both the building and civil construction markets, announced it had moved its building operations to 4742 North 24th Street in Phoenix, just south of Camelback Road. Skanska’s civil construction unit, formerly located in Peoria, Arizona, has co-located with the building group at the 24th Street location.
