Ryan Companies US, Inc. Hires Brian Weaver as Mechanical Solutions Manager

Ryan Companies US, Inc., a member of multiple AGC chapters, is pleased to announce Brian Weaver has been hired as national mechanical solutions manager. In his new position, Brian provides support and leadership to projects by defining high value mechanical solutions and providing the cost/performance information needed for critical team decisions as early as possible. His responsibilities include design and quality reviews, pricing and procurement strategies, code review, building commissioning and forensics, mechanical systems recommendations, and energy modeling.

"Brian brings a level of expertise that will greatly serve our customers," said Andy Moffitt, director of preconstruction services for Ryan. "His broad understanding of mechanical system design, installation, and operation will be a great asset as we strive to deliver the best projects possible. We are very fortunate to have this level of talent on our team."

Brian brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of project types including office, distribution, industrial, medical, health care, and residential. He is known for his conceptual mechanical cost estimating skills and his drive to deliver the best value for the customers’ investment.

Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering with a Mechanical emphasis from Iowa State University. He is an active member of ASHRAE (formerly the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers).
