Eshelman Joins Tarlton as Project Engineer

Tarlton Corp., a St. Louis-based general contracting and construction management firm and an AGC member in three chapters, has hired Nicholas Eshelman as a project engineer. 

Eshelman served as an engineering intern at Tarlton in summer 2013. In his new role, he is working with the estimating team at Tarlton. 
 
"Nick is highly motivated, and his skills and accomplishments are great assets to the Tarlton estimating team," said Kevin Oakley, director of preconstruction and estimating. 
 
Eshelman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla. As a student at the university, Eshelman volunteered with Eco Miners, an organization that promotes recycling and awareness of various green initiatives on campus. He also served as president of his fraternity, Sigma Tau Gamma.
 
Eshelman has work experience as an intern with the engineering team for the City of O’Fallon, Mo., Public Works Department and at M3 Engineering Group PC in St. Louis. 

Tarlton recently completed the historic renovation of the core and shell of Wexford @4240 in St. Louis’ CORTEX District and continues with interior build-outs in the multi-tenant lab/office building, along with renovation and expansion of the BioGenerator Accelerator Lab in CORTEX 1. Other current projects include the Olin Business School Expansion at Washington University in St. Louis, the Monsanto Chesterfield Village Expansion parking garage, ongoing site civil work for Ameren, and numerous hydrovac and concrete restoration projects.
