In recent years, AGC members have been pressed to deliver more services at lower cost, while maintaining the highest quality. Recognizing this challenge, AGC developed a "Doing More With Less" webpage, which contains a number of tools and resources to help members maximize their efficiency. These include:
  • "Doing More With Less" Database – This searchable database allows contractors of all types and sizes to share cost-saving ideas that have worked successfully in their firms and to learn from others’ best practices.
  • "Doing More with Less" LinkedIn Group – AGC members can participate in a dialogue, share information, and learn new ideas to increase their efficiency.
  • AGC Forums – AGC has three groups that are particularly relevant to "Doing More With Less"— the Lean Construction Forum, BIMForum, and IT Forum.
Check out this webpage for more information about how your firm can "Do More With Less."
