GALLINA Merger Expands Presence in Washington

GALLINA LLP announced its merger with Seattle-based firm, Merrill Carlson, PLLC, effective July 1, 2012. The merger introduces new leadership in Seattle, Wash. including Kirk Merrill, Eldon Carlson, and Chris Carlson. GALLINA LLP’s Novato-based partner, Teresa Arrighi, has been announced as the regional managing partner of the Pacific Northwest Region and the newest member of the Executive Committee.

Larry Taylor, GALLINA LLP’s managing partner, expresses that "the business philosophies of the two firms are very similar. Both firms believe in developing close, and long-term, relationships with clients by providing specialized services focused on solving challenges and achieving business successes." He continues that "GALLINA is well known as a leader in the West Coast with strong expertise in construction while Merrill Carlson is respected within the Puget Sound region business community."

Under the terms of the agreement, Merrill Carlson will assume a new name, GALLINA Merrill Carlson LLP.

GALLINA LLP is an AGC member in Nevada, California, Washington and Las Vegas.
