American Technologies, Inc. Welcomes New Regional Manager of the Southern U.S.

ATI recently welcomed Thomas Noonan to its Dallas office as regional manager, responsible for building that office's operations including branch management and regional expansion through Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. Noonan brings 27 years of professional experience in forensic engineering, insurance and restoration construction to his position at ATI. Holding numerous management positions within these industries, he has built a reputation as a proven change-agent with a track record for assembling strong and effective teams to provide rapid and accurate delivery of service to all levels of the organization.

Prior to joining ATI, Noonan served as vice president of sales and marketing for Haag Engineering. During his tenure with Haag, Noonan built and managed the 85-year-old forensic engineering company's first dedicated sales and marketing team. Noonan also served as managing partner for an insurance restoration construction company. Earlier in his career, Noonan served as assistant vice president for a loss adjusting and claims management firm, and regional manager for an adjusting and third party claims administration firm as well as for a major insurance carrier. 

Noonan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a licensed insurance adjuster, private investigator and general contractor. He also holds Haag certifications as a residential and commercial roof inspector.
