Skanska Hires New VP of Development for Commercial Development in Los Angeles

Skanska, a member of multiple AGC chapters, has hired Megan Moloughney as vice president of development to support its commercial development operations across Los Angeles. Moloughney will report to Clare De Briere, executive vice president for Skanska USA Commercial Development’s Los Angeles market.

Moloughney will be responsible for guiding project teams through the execution of Skanska Commercial Development’s regional strategy. This includes conceptual design, permitting, pre-construction and construction activities, leasing, operations and recapitalization.

Prior to joining Skanska, Moloughney was senior development manager with The Ratkovich Company. Moloughney is an executive board member of the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce and the Sister Stella Foundation and a member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
