Join NYSAFC and Islip Town Fire/EMS Museum from January 30 – February 1 at Nassau Coliseum. Vendor registration will open to all companies on September 29. The event will include exhibits, seminars, Hands-On Training presented by the Suffolk County Fire Academy, accredited codes and EMS programs, plus activities for junior firefighters. Tickets are $25 per person, per day (includes expo and seminars) and are available at the door only. Details on educational opportunities are coming soon. Check out our new event hours for 2026!

Single-day conferences will be hosted by the NYS DHSES Office of Fire Prevention & Control and NYSAFC in Ulster County on April 18 at the Esopus Fire Department and in Onondaga County on May 2 at the Camillus Fire Department. Look for more details on “the road show” later this year!

Three weekend courses are available – Beyond the Basics, Fire Behavior On the Inside, and Flashover. Our newest program, Fire Behavior From the Outside, can be scheduled year-round on any day of the week at any time of day, making it ideal for a department drill. All NYSAFC HOT programs are delivered by New York state certified fire instructors. Submit the appropriate Host Request Form to bring Regional HOT to your area.
