FDA Releases Drug Shortage App
The Food and Drug Administration released a mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices, to allow rapid access to drug shortage information. The app, available by searching, "FDA Drug Shortages," allows users to browse shortages, search drug names and therapeutic categories, or report a shortage. NIOSH Publishes Firefighter Cancer Study
In the largest ever firefighter cancer study, published in the British Medical Journal, NIOSH detailed findings of a 59-year cancer study of 20,000 firefighters from San Francisco, Chicago, and Philadelphia.
