Help Ensure You Continue to Receive E-Mail Communications from the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs

To ensure receipt of your member and registrant communications from NYSAFC, and to prevent these e-mails from going into your spam folder, it may be necessary to add NYSAFC as a safe sender to your contacts.

NYSAFC partners with Naylor Association Solutions for distribution of our monthly e-newsletter, The NYSAFC Bugle, and our quarterly magazine, SIZE UP. The association also uses Constant Contact to share e-mail announcements about programs and events, like the upcoming Annual Conference & FIRE Expo.

How do I add NYSAFC as a safe sender?

Simply add the following domains to your e-mail provider’s whitelist or safe sender list. In Outlook, for example, this option is found by clicking on “Junk > Junk E-mail Options.”

nysfirechiefs.com
naylorconnect.com
news1.naylorconnect.com
constantcontact.com

If you would like more information or need assistance, please email the NYSAFC office or call us Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) at (800) 676-3473 or (518) 477-2631.
