NYSAFC Delegates Attend CFSI

NYSAFC representatives joined together with emergency services leaders from across the country on April 5-6, 2017, in Washington, D.C. for the 29th Annual Congressional Fire Services Institute National Fire and Emergency Services Dinner and Symposium.
NYSAFC 1st Vice President John Sroka, Directors Lee Shurtleff, Jim Harrington, and Bob Kloepfer, Government Affairs Committee Chairman Dave Winzig and Vice Chairmen Ed Rush and Greg Anderson, committee members Ron Barz, John Caufield, John Coughlin, Ray Maguire, and Tony Tripp, and Executive Director Jerry DeLuca participated in the 2017 program, which featured seminars, meetings with members of the United States Congress including Senator Chuck Schumer, and networking activities. A large contingent from Long Island, the Westchester County Association of Fire Chiefs, and FASNY also attended.
