Binghamton Fire Department Line of Duty Death

NYSAFC offers sincere condolences to the family, colleagues, and friends of Firefighter/Paramedic John M. Janos of the Binghamton Fire Department, who was lost in the line of duty on April 6, 2013.

After having responded to a call earlier in the morning, the 57-year-old Janos, a longtime member of the department, passed away at his fire house. He was laid to rest on April 10.
