Melanie McHugh is an Association Manager at The Center for Association Management, Inc. She graduated from Salem State University with a BS in Management. Over the past four years, Melanie has advanced from administrative roles to her current Association Manager role. In her role, Melanie provides staff leadership to several associations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals' Massachusetts and Rhode Island Chapters, New England Development Research Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island. |

Stephanie Gillis-Thurstone is the Managing Director of South Shore Realtors, Inc. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a BS in Business Management, and she holds the e-PRO Certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. In her role, Stephanie manages day-to-day operations and provides direct support to the CEO. She provides oversight to the membership department, assures company-wide data integrity, defines project goals and deliverables that directly support business goals, and also contributes to financial recordkeeping and trend analysis. |
