  Melanie McHugh is an Association Manager at The Center for Association Management, Inc. She graduated from Salem State University with a BS in Management. Over the past four years, Melanie has advanced from administrative roles to her current Association Manager role. In her role, Melanie provides staff leadership to several associations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals' Massachusetts and Rhode Island Chapters, New England Development Research Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island.
     


  Stephanie Gillis-Thurstone is the Managing Director of South Shore Realtors, Inc. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a BS in Business Management, and she holds the e-PRO Certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. In her role, Stephanie manages day-to-day operations and provides direct support to the CEO. She provides oversight to the membership department, assures company-wide data integrity, defines project goals and deliverables that directly support business goals, and also contributes to financial recordkeeping and trend analysis.

 


 

Registration is now open for the 2020 Conference for Association Education - New England’s premier conference for association executives AND association professionals. This year's conference features a Leadership Forum for CEOs, Executive Directors, and senior-level staff on Thursday, January 23, and a full-day of programming for association staff and leaders on Friday, January 24. Paul Schmidt has been a visual storyteller for as long as he can remember and decided to turn that into a career. He chose video as his medium and his award-winning style has been seen nationally as well as praised locally. A self-proclaimed community proponent and pro-Michigan advocate, he owns and is production director for UnoDeuce Multimedia which is celebrating its seventh year in Lansing. Paul is the 2015 Entrepreneur Institute Micro-Entrepreneur of the Year and a 2018 scholar of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program.
