NE/SAE is excited to feature several of our Emerging Leaders Program participants in each of our monthly e-newsletters. Join us in getting to know these new members and up-and-coming association professionals who have made a commitment to advancing their careers in association management through this year-long development program.

Hannah Hodgson serves as Administrative Representative/Board Administrator at the Newport County Board of Realtors. As part of her role, she wears many hats during the day, and she must be ready and knowledgable all the time about so many facets of the profession. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Sales, Event Management and Team Building, Hannah has a background in real estate with a BA focused in Psychology, Education, and Science from University of Rhode Island.

Hannah hopes to develop stronger organizational skills, build a larger network of professionals, and become a better leader, as part of the Emerging Leaders program.

Stephenie Drago serves as the Manager of Member Experience at the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). She joined TCIA two years ago as a membership coordinator. She is currently developing a brand new Member Experience Department from the ground up. By having a Masters Degree in Public Relations, Stephenie has supported the association to create avenues for the members to not only be heard and served, but to develop strong relationships that drive loyalty and dedication to the Association, increasing retention efforts.

As part of the Emerging Leaders program, Stephenie hopes to further develop her skillset to provide strategic support, and to build relationships that can be leveraged to position TCIA in a stronger place to not only grow the association fiscally but also, to better serve its members.
