 Introducing NAEP's
New Director of Education and Events

 
Sarah Steele Roar

NAEP is pleased to announce our new Director of Education and EventsSarah Steele Roar. Bringing a robust tenure in education, serving both in Higher Education and in the non-profit sector, Sarah is a lifelong learning and value creation champion. Sarah has worked in several roles across various institutions, with the most recent as the Administrator, Alak'a I Internship Program at the University of Hawai’i Maui College.

For over three years, Sarah had the honor of serving on the islands of Maui and Moloka'i. She was mentored about culture, inclusion, and perseverance by innovative and civic-minded leaders. “Being welcomed into the Hawaiian community to learn about strength and passion has been life changing. Holomua is the mindset that continually connects me to my Maui family by sharing what I have learned from them.”

She is a resident of North Carolina and will join the team as a remote employee.

Announcing NAEP's
New Director of Association Services
 
 Ashley Kmiecik

 NAEP is also pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Kmiecik to the position of Director of Association Services overseeing membership, communication, and business development.

Ashley has served NAEP for the past seven years as a Business Development Associate and was previously employed with Event Producers as NAEP's liaison. Ashley has a passion for connecting people to the Association through a clear value proposition.

Ashley captained the USA Women’s Rugby team and played in the 2010 Rugby World Cup. She is a resident of Southern California.

We are excited about these additions to our NAEP team and welcome both Sarah and Ashley to these new roles.
