Our question this month comes from Cheryl Hogan at West Shore Community College:

Is anyone working to issue and RFP during this covid-19 pandemic- with the unknown of exactly when your state will lift their stay at home order?

We have a building that is to begin remodel as soon as the stay at home order is lifted and would like to issue the RFP and include a video walk-thru of the site.  Does anyone have any input or recommendations as to how to handle the process during COVID-19?

Also, this is to be a sealed proposal; if I collect the RFP via email how do I prove the proposals are sealed and is it even possible to college rfp's via email, if to be sealed?
