NAEP Town Hall Meeting on Proposed Updates to Our Bylaws

Print this Article | Send to Colleague

The NAEP Board of Directors is proposing an update to the bylaws governing the association.

The last amendment to the Bylaws was in 2008 and the majority of the changes proposed are cosmetic in nature to modernize the Bylaws to meet today’s association needs.  As a part of the election, each member institution’s Member of Record, or designated proxy, will vote on behalf of the member institution.  A list of the Members of Record on file is available here (updated 1/24/20).  NAEP will mail copies of the ballots and proxy designation form to the Member of Record on February 4, 2020.  The information is also sent via email.  To designate a proxy, the Member of Record may follow the instructions on the form.  In the event that the Member of Record is incorrect or should be updated, NAEP members may contact NAEP via email to request the change.
