Building your leadership skills and capabilities can add value to your career and to your procurement department. Take charge of your career development. Each tier of the academy consists of 2 ½ days of training and 20 hours of educational credit.
Procurement Academy Tier 1: Foundation
Tier I is for early career professionals or professionals new to higher ed procurement. Objectives of this course focus on fundamental administrative processes and systems. It aligns to three major competencies: Ethical Practice, Effective Performance and Communication.

Leadership Academy Tier III
The NAEP Leadership Academy highlights 3 specific skill sets - Relationship Building, Strategic Agility, and Leadership. If you manage people or a department, this workshop will teach you what you need to know.
