Our question this month comes from Jane Altemose of Lehigh University.
Lehigh University is considering leasing our campus transit buses. Do any of you lease your transit buses? If you transitioned from owned buses, are you happier with the lease strategy? Did you publish an RFP and which leasing companies did you invite and which company was awarded? Can you share the RFP? Any suggestions or approaches on leasing strategy are appreciated.
